We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during our peak season (May–September) when dates fill quickly.
If your preferred date is already booked, we’re happy to place you on a waiting list in case availability opens up.
Our events start at 0–50 guests, with pricing packages listed up to 200 guests.
We operate three pizza trucks, allowing us to accommodate much larger events as well. When necessary we can bring multiple pizza trucks.
We only need a safe, level parking space large enough for our pizza truck and reasonable access for arrival and departure. Our truck is fully self-contained.
Because our pizza truck is fully self-contained, we don’t require a long setup time. We typically arrive shortly before service begins, set up our serving tables, and start cooking right away so food is served fresh and on schedule.
We serve stuffed breads and salads first, followed by a continuous rotation of freshly made pizzas cooked on-site. Guests can enjoy different varieties as pizzas come out from the oven
Standard service typically runs 2 1/2- 3 hours depending on event size and package selection. Additional time can be added if needed.
Yes, we provide plates, napkins, and utensils so you don’t have to worry about supplies.
Our truck operates rain or shine. If needed, we will work with you to adjust timing or discuss alternative arrangements
We travel throughout the area. Travel fees may apply depending on distance, just ask when requesting a quote.

Yes, a deposit is required to secure your event date, with the remaining balance due on the event day.
No, pizzas are served continuously buffet-style so everyone can have a variety of different types.
Absolutely! We do our best to make a variety that everyone will enjoy, but if they don’t see their favorite out, please ask our team for a request.
Yes! We offer a variety of pizza options and can accommodate common dietary needs when discussed in advance. Please let us know about any allergies or dietary restrictions during the booking process so we can plan accordingly.
Deposits are required to secure your event date. Cancellations made within a specified timeframe prior to the event may be eligible for rescheduling based on availability. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable to a future date when possible.
All pricing includes taxes and also a 10% gratuity, which goes to our behind-the-scenes prep team.
Our on-site event staff are separate and do not receive a portion of this gratuity. Tipping the on-site team directly is completely optional and always appreciated.
