We book on a first come, first serve basis and cannot guarantee availability. For peak periods (May through September) we recommend that you contact us as far in advance as possible. If the date you want is booked, we can put you on a waiting list in case of any cancellations.

Our packages start at 50 people or less, if your party is for 40 people the pricing will fall be at this level. We have done parties for up to 150 people, which we have a package price for 126 to 150 people. Please see our Apizza Party page for pricing details.

Children 5 and under are 2 for 1 price. Children 6 and older are included as an individual in the head count.

We require a minimum of 60 days notice, where you actually speak with a member of our team, to cancel your event in order for your deposit to be refunded.

If it rains, If there is a forecast for extreme weather conditions such as a hurricane,

We prefer to park our truck on level, solid ground. Please be aware, because of the weight of the truck, we are not responsible for damage to septic or in ground sprinkler systems if we are directed to park on an area or drive over an area at the party location. We can park on the road as long as it is reasonably level with room for our prep tables and doe not interfere with cars passing by. We can park close to a building or garage, but we cannot pull inside a building.

Please let us know in advance of any allergies that our team needs to be aware of for any guests that will be at the party. We do not guarantee that our products have not been around any nuts, therefore if there is a nut allergy present we cannot be responsible. We can offer gluten and vegetarian pizza options.
